French Bread Chef

  • Familiar with automated production lines in terms of operating ( specifically Ride maker, WP, or similar production lines)

  • Familiar with French bread  production process  (Dough mixing, Fermentation, oven operating and baking) 

  • Familiar with producing soft buns ( pain au lait, burger buns, hotdog buns, brioche, etc.…), and Baguette ( specifically half-baked frozen items)

  • Got the ability to be a team leader and able to handle basic administrative work such as day off schedules and fill Qc data sheets 

  • Has knowledge in basic food safety and hygiene

Packaging Leader

• Strong knowledge in Horizontal Flow Wrapping machine.
• Can work with minimum supervision with experience in handling helpers.
• Experience in hamburger bun/bread roll product preferably.
• At least 3 years’ experience in related position.

Packaging Operator

• Strong knowledge in Horizontal Flow Wrapping machine.
• Can work with minimum supervision with experience in handling helpers.
• Experience in hamburger bun/bread roll product preferably.
• At least 3 years’ experience in related position.
