Sous Chef

• The Sous Chef assists the Head Chef in all his duties and
deputizes for him during his absence.
• Diploma in Hospitality with a focus on French pastry or a related field.
• At least 6 years of work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Chef De Partie

• The Chef de Partie assists the Chef & Sous Chef in all his duties
Good experience in croissant
• Diploma in Hospitality with a focus on French pastry or a related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Demi Chef

• The Demi Chef assists the Chef de Partie in all his duties
• Must have strong knowledge in pastry or a related field.
Strong knowledge in pastry, biscuit, cakes, chocolates & others.
• At least 3 years of work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Commis

• Responsible for performing basic repetitive jobs and tasks
• Experience in pastry production.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent physical fitness as there is moderate physical activity, such as handling objects up to 25 kilograms and standing or walking for more than 6 hours per day.
• Fast learner
